Abebe Tigire Jalu is an analyst and researcher specializing in Horn of Africa geopolitics and international relations. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and is undertaking part of his doctoral studies at the University of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, through the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
